PUSHCLUB — PRIVACY POLICY Last updated: 1 September 2026 PushClub is a push-up challenge app. This policy explains exactly what the app collects, what it does not, and who can see it. 1. YOUR CAMERA AND VIDEO — THE SHORT VERSION PushClub uses the camera to count your push-ups. All of that processing happens on your device using Apple's Vision framework. • Video is never recorded. • Video is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored anywhere. • No image or video frame ever leaves your iPhone. • Only the resulting number — how many push-ups you did — is saved. This applies to both counting modes: the side-view "verified" mode that tracks your body pose, and "floor mode" that uses the front camera. 2. WHAT WE STORE When you sign in with Apple, we store: • The user identifier Apple gives us. This is specific to this app. We do not receive your Apple ID password, and we only receive your name if you choose to share it at sign-in. • A display name and a handle shown to people in your challenges. When you record push-ups, we store: • The rep count, the date, how long the set took, and whether it was counted in camera-verified mode or floor mode. • Which challenges you belong to, and challenges you created. We do not collect your email address, contacts, precise location, health records, advertising identifiers, or browsing activity. 3. WHO CAN SEE YOUR DATA • People in a challenge with you can see your display name, your daily rep counts, your streak, your totals, and whether your reps were camera-verified. • Each challenge has a live scoreboard page with a long, unguessable link. Anyone who has that link can view that challenge's scoreboard without signing in. Only share it with people you want to see it. • We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. There are no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the app. 4. WHERE IT IS STORED Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the United States. Requests are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Your login token is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. 5. DELETING YOUR DATA Email frederick.feraco@gmail.com from the account you want deleted, and we will delete your profile, your recorded sets, and your challenge memberships. You can also revoke this app's access at any time in iOS Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple. 6. CHILDREN PushClub is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. 7. SUBSCRIPTIONS If PushClub offers a paid subscription, payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. 8. CHANGES If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top will change and the new version will be posted at this URL. 9. CONTACT frederick.feraco@gmail.com
